Returns and Refunds
1.Return product definition
When customers make purchases through product consultation or directly on the mall’s relevant platform, we will provide assistance in obtaining technical support or commodity consultation services for the purchased goods or products. However, in some cases, the customer’s dissatisfaction with a product may be beyond our control, in which case it may qualify for return. If the customer requests a return and meets the requirements of the mall’s return policy, a refund will be issued for the amount paid.
2.Refund policy
According to the “Consumer Rights Protection Law”, online shopping consumers are considered to be hesitant within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, please return according to our application to ensure your rights. After receiving your return request, Customer Service will check it. If you meet the return conditions, please contact customer service to inform the refund process.
3.Return procedure
If you wish to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, please follow the instructions provided by our Customer Service center in order to submit your request. The return form must include the purchaser’s last name, first name, phone number, email address, the name of the purchased product, and the reason for the return. After we receive your application, we will review the case and reply via email with further instructions on completing the return process. Once the administrative process is complete, we will usually process your refund within 3 working days.
4.Abuse of return policy
We value our customers and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. We understand that returns are sometimes necessary, but if a customer frequently or repeatedly makes returns that cause significant inconvenience for the mall or our employees, we reserve the right to restrict their account from making future purchases of certain goods. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a positive relationship between our customers and our business.
